📜 Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services of OHMyGroupBusinesses Business Management Services ("we", "us"). By using our photo booth or booking an event package, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide self-service thermal sticker photo booth sessions, sticker reprints, and event booth packages, as listed with prices on our website. All services are delivered in person, at the booth or at your event. We do not ship physical goods.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱). Walk-in sessions and reprints are paid in full before the session starts, by cash or QR Ph (GCash, Maya, or bank apps). QR Ph payments are processed by PayMongo; we never see or store your e-wallet or bank login details. A session starts only after payment is confirmed.

3. Event bookings

A 50% down payment secures your event date. The remaining balance is due on the event day, before the booth opens. Package hours start at the agreed time; extra hours may be added if available, at our posted hourly rate.

4. Proper use

Please handle the booth with care. We may refuse service for photos that are illegal, offensive, or that show someone without their consent. Customers are responsible for damage caused on purpose to the equipment.

5. Your photos

You own your photos. You may use them freely for personal purposes. We will not use your photos for advertising without your permission.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and our prices from time to time. The version posted on this page applies.

💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Walk-in sessions and reprints

• If the booth fails to print because of a problem on our side, we will reprint for free. If we cannot fix it, we will refund the full amount.
• If you paid but the session did not start because of a system error, please tell our staff right away for a full refund or a free session.
• Because prints are made instantly, we cannot refund a session that was completed and printed successfully (for example, change of mind or not liking a pose).
• Cash refunds are given at the booth. QR Ph refunds are sent back through PayMongo to the original payment method and may take several business days to arrive, depending on your e-wallet or bank.

Event packages

• Cancel at least 7 days before the event: full refund of the down payment.
• Cancel less than 7 days before the event: the down payment is non-refundable, but you may move your booking to another available date once, within 6 months.
• If we cancel for any reason, you get a full refund of everything you paid.
• If the booth stops working during your event and we cannot fix it, we will refund the unused hours.

🔒 Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What we collect

• Your booth photos and layouts, so we can print them and give you digital copies.
• Payment status (amount, time, paid or not). We do not collect your name, e-wallet, card, or bank details for walk-in sessions. QR Ph payments are handled by PayMongo under their own privacy policy.
• Contact details you give us when booking an event (name, phone, email, event details).

How we use it

• To print your sticker and let you download your digital copies by QR code.
• To resend your copies if you ask us.
• For event bookings: to arrange your event and, after it, send all event photos to the host.
• To count sales and sessions for our own records.

Storage and sharing

Digital copies are stored on secure cloud servers and reached only through a private link with a long random code. Photos taken at an event may be shared with that event's host. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, except when required by law. We keep photos online for up to 90 days, then delete them.

Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete your photos and data at any time. Email hello@ohmygroups.com with the date, time, and booth location of your session, and we will act on it within 7 days.
